We ship our systems to several countries across Europe. At the moment, you can select delivery to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the delivery address.

All our systems are carefully packed so they are well protected during transport. Because made-to-measure blinds and window coverings are often long, fragile or non-standard in size, we work with transport partners who are suited for parcel delivery and long-length transport.
Orders are delivered during office hours by Ontime, DPD, DHL or Bpost. Delivery must be signed for upon receipt. Once your order has been handed over from our warehouse to the transport company, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail contains your Track & Trace number so you can follow your delivery online.
Transport companies usually deliver between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. If your order cannot be delivered, we will contact you first to arrange a new delivery date. Your package will therefore not simply be offered again the next day without prior coordination.
Orders delivered by Bpost are usually taken to a collection point if no one is present at the delivery address. If there are any specific delivery instructions we should take into account, you can add them in the comments field when placing your order.
