2.1 Data you provide to us

You may be asked to provide personal data when you contact Lattestore BV. We always limit this information to what is strictly necessary for the processing.

You are not required to provide us with the requested information. However, if you choose not to do so, we may in many cases be unable to supply our products or services, or to respond to your questions.

Certain data can also be collected without being stored in cookies. These data can only be read by Lattestore BV and exclusively during your visit to the website. This includes: 1) your TCP/IP address, 2) the type and version of your browser, and 3) the last webpage visited. Please also read section 6. Cookies.

2.3 Personal data provided by commercial partners

In this case, the commercial partners guarantee to Lattestore BV that they have obtained consent to disclose the personal data concerned.

3. What do we use your data for?

3.2 Direct marketing and disclosure to third parties

Your personal data are kept strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will they be disclosed to third parties or used for direct marketing purposes without your explicit prior consent, obtained via “opt-in” when you register. This consent can be withdrawn at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, by simply sending an e-mail to info@lattestore.be.

3.3 Serious violations

Your data may be provided to the competent authorities, such as the police and the courts, upon request in the event of serious violations of the law.

4. Data retention period

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised or illegal processing, accidental loss, modification, disclosure or access, as well as accidental or unlawful damage or destruction. We require the same measures from our service providers.

Lattestore BV always tries to ensure that your stored personal data are correct, complete and up to date. We will store your data for the period necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy, unless a longer storage period is required or authorised by law.

5. Your rights

You have the right to ask Lattestore BV at any time whether or not we process your data and, if we do process them, to obtain a copy of the processed data in an understandable form. Lattestore BV may request reasonable compensation to cover the administrative costs for each copy you request. Lattestore BV has a period of one month from the applicant’s written request to provide these data.

You have the right to have incomplete, incorrect, inappropriate or outdated personal data corrected or deleted.

Please note, however, that we cannot always delete all requested personal data, for example when their processing is necessary for judicial purposes. We will provide more detailed information on this in our reply to your request.
